Pat was professional and efficient. We are very happy with the job he did. Best Choice has helped with several issues over the last three years (simple toilet fixes, a new water heater, water in our basement and cleaning a drain outside). The people working the phones have always been incredibly helpful and the plumbers they have sent have been equally top notch. Great company!

I did use this company. Because my toilet was leaking and the HOA had had a list so I picked this company to fix the toilet wax ring to fix the problem. They showed up very quickly and fixed the problem. I think my biggest complaint would be the price. I can't changed the toilet wax ring by myself because I don't have certificate to do so. And this guy came in and fixed it and changed more than 600 dollars. I know it included labor fee and stuff but is it normal? I checked afterwards online about the wax ring.
