Mike did a beautiful job on refinishing our hardwood floors. We are in the process of getting our house ready to put up for sale and the hardwood floors had 10 years of sunlight and wet paws damage. We did have a little difficulty with communications but he finished the job in time period and price quoted.
Mike was polite,punctual,and finished the flooring in a quality workmanship.
Best Choice Flooring called me immediately and set up a same day free estimate. Estimate was a shocker as I didn't expect it this low! I received another call from Kersey Home Improvement and Remodeling and we set up a next day estimate in which they did not show! Very nice and easy to work with along with his employees. Kept us informed on everything. Had kitchen, foyer, steps and skirts refinished as well as a maintenance coat done on hand rail, spindles and nosing. Have gotten many compliments and recommend him to everybody. His cost were much more reasonable.
Mike was responsive and finished the job on a day ahead of schedule. The floors look great, he understood we wanted a natural look rather than the high gloss. Only regret is should of had him do two smaller rooms and the kitchen that were in good shape but now do not look as good as the rest of the house. When we decide to finish those rooms will hire him again.
The crew was polite, prompt and hardworking.

Very friendly on the phone and came by on a Sunday for a quote. The problem was when we decided to not go through with the service less than 1 hour later. We gave a CASH deposit. (Dumb of me, but he never told me it was non-refundable.) He said no problem and said he would charge a quote fee though. (Also never mentioned, but I was willing to pay.) That trust thing gos both ways. You was told from the beginning on the phone deposits are non refundable. I trusted you by ordering 636.00 worth of finish and only took a 300.00 deposit. ( dumb of me) sorry for your loss , but to let you know we lost 336.00.also you called back 3 hrs later after I left your house to try to cancel the job. The finish was already ordered and there was nothing I could do about that. I understand your frustration but we lost money as well.
