We took down two walls between our living room and dining room which left a couple of large gaps in the floor. I called Them they came out gave me a very good price and a couple of days later replaced all the missing hardwood and sanded the floor. If I did not know where the walls came down I would never know were they replace the missing hardwood. They did just a great job on the repair. If you are looking for real professional here they are.
They sanded, stained and refinished all of our wood floors. The work was done carefully, timely and cleanly. The floors look beautiful.
The team refinished our living room, dining room, study, and entrance room floors. Mike and George worked very hard , were clean and neat, and completed the job in a timely manner. Always on time. Mike was truthful about pre-existing issues in our 1890 heart pine floors, and we knew the floors would look beautiful but rustic. They look gorgeous! Our friends are amazed!
They installed hardwood floors on almost all our first floor and our upstairs hallway. The quality of their work was outstanding. They were very clean in their work and did a few extras to give the job that final touch. For example our French doors between our family room and living room always rubbed our old carpet and would have done the same on our hardwoods. Without us asking Mike addressed that issue. Would hire him again to do other floors.
MIKE DID A GREAT JOB REFINISHING OUR HARDWOOD FLOORS. ALL WORK WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANER
The team was really outstanding. They were on time every day and the floor is beautiful. I will recommend the company/ service to to all my neighbors. Mike made a hard job look great!

Left stain on the white trim around door, did not fill it the nail holes, stain not even and drips left on bullnose, did not install the room separators, left stain on brand new hardwood floor in dining room. Have pictures available. Reporting to BBB. Very unprofessional on the phone. Don't pay until job is complete!

It's really Unreasonable to try to hold someone accountable for a personal mistake.The stain on the base board was from a sand and finish on the foyer in which the customerwas informed they wouldhave to touch up paint. A front sectionof the foyer wasrotted andmolded, I had to ripit out and reframe the existingdoor jam and then replace thesubfloorwith a hard time with the customer to replace because she was pinching pennies. Mike was initially responsive & timely. The 1st floor came out great and Mike's suggestion to put hardwood on the stairs was a great idea and looks great. OK, so for the bad, I made the mistake of paying Mike before he was finished. There are three outstanding issues, The top of the stairs is loose, the transition between the hall and bathroom is missing, and the heat exchange in 1 room was cut too big and now there is a 1/2 in hole in the floor. I did have a helper make a Mistake apparently. I've been in business since 1999 and I've have never Out 4 call backs since 99 not gone back except for two issue , this one in which Mr Joseph s.
