Great facility but some services are not always running.
Booked through HotDoc for 9:15am appointment for this morning. They said the didn’t get the booking. Was told I was next in line anyway. Waited 45mins before asking the rude receptionist if it’s going to be much longer. She moved me to another Dr but mixed my name up so that Dr couldn’t see me. Walked out and now looking for another Dr.
Lovely and helpful receptionists, can usually get an appointment same day which is so hard elsewhere. Dr kabir is fantastic definitely recommend this place!!
