Found this wonderful company when my Mom moved into Hampton Manor. They have been such a pleasure to work with. Have kept me informed and communicated with me every step of our journey. Becky, our nurse, is very caring and compassionate. I could not have asked for anyone better to take care of my mother during her "transition ". I highly recommend this company!!
I highly recommend Best Care & specifically Becky. They are very compassionate & go above & beyond in the care for my mom. Becky is available anytime I need her & she communicates & keeps me updated on all my moms care. She is very patient and understanding with my mom (and with me) as she is helping me to navigate this difficult time. They also have a chaplain to assist with any needs that may arise. I am very pleased with the services they provide.
Five stars. Becky was so friendly and helpful that for a brief moment I forgot why I was there in the first place. Someone should probably give her a raise.
This is a great hospice company I have gotten to know the staffs Becky and others personally and work side by side with they take great care of their clients and family.
