This office is absolutely wonderful & I will never go to another. The staff & Dr. Elliot are so pleasant & knowledgeable. My cat Moo took a turn for the worst & they made the process so much easier on us from our first to our last visit. Coming home to flowers was totally unexpected & absolutely wonderful, & I'm amazed by the support & kindness that they showed our family from the beginning. I would recommend this office to anyone & everyone.
Please forgive me as it has taken a while for me to regain my composure and write this. Buck-A-Roo's care, during his hospitalization, was great. Buck couldn't have asked for, or received better care. I want to thank everyone for the care and compassion that Buck and I received during the most difficult of times. Dr Steven Elliott and his staff is excellent! It's nice to know there are still compassionate and caring folks. I had an emergency situation with my little yorkie over the weekend and even though I was not a patient of record they immediately took us in and took very good care of my baby! Her local vet was also open on Saturday Animals Best on Rowan Rd but I was told they were booked and could not see her and to take her to Emergency clinic. I couldn't be happier!!! My fur baby got really sick and was a new patient and was treated as an existing patient! Top notch clinic and couldn't be happier with the care my cocoa bean got! ❤️ Best Care!!!
Our aging Labrador had a medical emergency. Dr and staff went above and beyond to help us out what was going on and how to treat our fur baby. They took great care of him when he needed round the clock care.
