I have been taking my two senior kitties to these wonderful people for 2 years. This past Thursday I had to put my 16 year old baby, Niles, down. From Dr. Parenton who sympathetically diagnosed him, to Dr Elliott who put him at peace, to the entire staff, they helped make a very painful and difficult process bearable. Today I received beautiful flowers from them expressing their condolences. They go above and beyond and genuinely care and love the animals entrusted to them. �
greeted by Regina who fit my new puppy in to see doctor because my puppy had taken a fall... Dr. Steve was Awesome and puppy is just fine .Daisy the tech was also wonderful got puppy's diet change and her TLC was much appreciated by me! Miller the groomer helped us out as well with some hygeine issues. We entered concerned but left with smiles... THANK YOU SO MUCH Maureen Wilson
Always caring and compassionate. Called early on a Friday, was able to go in at 10, I didn't want an emergency clinic visit over the weekend if TinkerbelleB's symptoms got worse. Thankfully with meds, she's on the mend!
I've been taking my dog to Best Care since he was a puppy & they always do an exceptional job! I never have to worry when my dog is in their hands; they're friendly, compassionate, are willing to work with you financially & truly care about the animals that come through there. My dog was just in an emergency situation and they got him back to normal in no time! Wouldn't recommend ANYWHERE else

Great staff. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They took time to answer questions and offer advice.
