Words can’t describe how grateful we are to the Metro Motor team! From the outset, Luie was kind, informative and very responsive. At every stage of the repair he let us know what was going on and went above and beyond to get our car looking brand new. We initially took the car in to repair damage from a hit and run, but were so impressed with their service that we ended up repairing some previous damage as well. This is the most honest experience I’ve had with hardworking people during my time in DC.
