Didn't buy car from them, but during social distancing they communicated promptly and honestly about condition of vehicle. Sent me extra photos of surface scratches to save us both time and ultimately leading to my decision this was not car for me.
First and foremost Mario was a great sales man. Make sure you fully pay attention to every detail. I was told that all the issues with the car would be covered by the extra warranty I purchased. However I was provided with what's known as an admin key, restricts the cars speed and volume of music. The manager of the dealership said sorry but they won't be taking care if it, which means im now responsible for the 500.00 charge the Ford dealership is going to charge me.
