After looking around for a long while for someone to help me I came across 2 workers chatting. I asked if one of them was available to help me and was told another worker (a third person) would be able to help me when he finished with another customer. I proceeded to wait for awhile and finally left since Best Buy clearly didn’t want my sale. I left and made my purchase elsewhere and won’t be back.
over priced and off standish employees
I've been in the Muskegon store twice now trying to buy a new tablet. I can not ever get anybody to wait on me. The first time there was a lady sitting at the desk playing with her phone and when she seen someone come into the area she would go hide down the aisle to not be disturbed. Today I was back in there again to buy a tablet, the computer area was full of reps but no one at the tablet area. When I turn around everyone is gone. Honestly it was a waste of our time & nothing was resolved! I appreciate the staff & the store itself! In all honesty what does Best Buy do to pay it forward to the community in which they do business in?
Horrible customer service! Went to pick up Hiten only to be told they handed out tickets an hour before the store opened. This was not Black Friday but Monday April 24th. How am I supposed to shop at your store when you let me??
Went to get the nes classic as advertised in local news, the hours of the store said 10am, so i along with 3 other customers waited at the door at 945am only to be told they handed out tickets for their limited supply at 9 am. Thanks for announcing how that works. Also thanks for not showing the inventory online. And we could come and wait in line at noon to see if ppl neglected to use their tickets and they would hand out additional tickets for items not picked up if there were any. Like people have time for all that bull! ... read more
