I am so grateful for this Best Buy staff. I had set up a Geek Squad appointment online and Sam was ready right when I got there - really appreciate that. There were a few hiccups with my intended Geek Squad repair (none of which were Sam's fault) and he and Cedrick (supervisor) were so patient and understanding and helpful with my concerns. Shitty, start answering your own phones again. This is ridiculous.
AI phone, can't actually contact the store. When you get someone on the phone from overseas, they tell you to drive to the store. 0 stars.
Bought a new phone. Had to get all my data transferred over and set up. Brittany from the Greek squad was able to help me out. She did an amazing job and had it done very quickly, 10-15 minutes.
