Recommendedgood experience with customer service
Today (9/27/2020) my friend and I stopped in at BestBuy so that he could purchase a few things he needed. While he did this, I browsed around the store and came across a Keurig Duo priced at $99.99. my husband has a medical condition that makes it impossible and life threatening to wear s mask. we recently tried to enter the store on Harvey Street in Muskegon. i was wearing a mask and even though he has a medical card showing it is life threatening to wear a mask, they denied him entry to the store. i decided to enter the store to purchase what we needed and several employees had their masks pulled down off their face. i am very upset over this. my husband who has a medical handicap that is beyond his control is denied ... read more
we bought a $600.00 stereo 2 months ago. then after it was paid for we tried to make an appointment to get it installed. oops, can't make one now because of the Cronavirus. give us a week. called and called, NO ONE Would answer the phone. Tried getting help thru their support on line. that was a joke. it's sad that they screw the elderly. I didn't buy it for my health. I'm going after BestBuy. enough is enough.
Ordered a microwave on-line, had to use an app, which I don't have, for curb side pick up. Tried to call BB...... after clicking a dozen numbers for instructions, gave up & changed my order to delivery. I was then charged twice on my credit card. Still trying to reach customer service..."too busy to chat, try later!" Thoroughly disgusted! 😠
45 minutes in TV section not associate around to help. Was intending to buy a complete entertainment system TV, sound bar, etc. walked out.
You guys rocked your Black Friday sale. Great customer service, friendly sales people, easy flow, and online/in store pick up also made getting items easier. You guys were definitely my number on stop this year! I am so impressed you will definitely my 1st stop for future electronics and appliances.
With 5 men standing around, we still couldn't get any help. Another customer helped give us the information we were looking for. I would heavily recommend that you go somewhere else. After making a purchase we still couldn't get anyone to answer the phone in order to ask a question. We won't go back.
ONLY reason I am writing this review and with 10 of 10 stars is because of BO in your stereo and speaker installation area. Talk about AMAZING customer service. So thorough and knowledgable too. I had problems with other locations in the past. Glad I made the drive out today. He is truky top notch in service. Ya'll got a good one on your hands. 💪🔊🚙🏆
