I would never purchase anything from Best Buy the way we were treated the other day when I went there to purchase a stove, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. There was a Samsung rep there that was upset that I did not want to buy a Samsung appliance and because I could not find what I needed for size to fit in my hole. The rep told me to rip out my cupboards. Put all new cupboards in or go buy a new house instead of looking for appliances with them. They are the a rude place. Store doesn’t take calls! How convenient! After waiting on hold for 10 minutes I spoke with someone who informed me that you can’t talk to anyone at the local store.
