Very poor service, sales person has no morale concept how to treat a client, the sales person in the Chattanooga office he has lied to me many times about my delivery. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone

Horrible customer service, refused to give me the screws I had already purchased because their employee did not give them to me when I picked up the roofing panels. I Even suggested they look at the cameras to prove that I was never given them, instead wasted an hour arguing on the phone with smart a** counter “ladies” trying to get said screws! Screw best buy metal! I suggested them to everyone until this experience!

Terrible - ordered roofing and they left important pieces out. After multiple trips and orders, I've spent 25% more than I should have and am stuck with extra metal just to fix their mistakes. Terrible customer service. Incompetent estimators. Stay away - plenty of competent competitors in town!

Horrible work establishment - These frauds took advantage of my parents and sold them metal that was almost a inch off of the dimensions they needed. Then when they tried to get the metal exchanged they said and I quote "we can't promise that the hand cut pieces will be perfect but we can cut you more if you wanna pay for it." Do you not waste your money or time on these thiefs.
