Customer service at this dealership was truly disheartening. From the very first interaction, I encountered blatant impertinence, hostility, and unjustified arrogance. Individuals like “Celeste” or “Alexandra” — or whatever names they choose to go by — displayed a complete lack of respect, refusing to listen, cooperate, or engage in any constructive dialogue. Jamás en mi vida vuelvo a comprar con esa gente. Son unos pillos engañan a la gente. Me llevaron mi carro simplemente porq no tenía mi seguro al dia, fui le lleve evidencia de mi seguro y me salieron q tenía q saldarlo con $13,000 para poder entregarme mi carro. Son super malos, son unos estafas. La mala es la señora Alecia. No tiene consideración por nadie. Pero lo q no se acuerdan es q allá arriba ai un Dios. Pues q Dios los bendiga a Best Buy Imports El se encarga de todo Pero no caigan mi gente

Any good review you see on this page is a lie …. They make people write reviews the minute a deal go through……. Absolutely the worst dealership in Philly….. extremely shady ask for extremely high down payments which sales tax is not included…. They have a lady who takes payments who has to be the rudest female you’ll ever speak to …… everyone that works there lies un controllable….. they’ll repo your car for not answering the phone and will do anything for you not to get the car back so they can re sell it …… they lied to me... read more

Check engine light came on within a week. Kept contact about it with Micheal, who sold me the car and spoke highly of the engine being rebuilt ! Never gave me update to checking the check engine light and getting the car serviced. End up going over the 30 days and now I’m screwed. I go and make my payments and see that there’s new people and new name to the place. Lady tries helping me out - come to find out by their new mechanic that the engine was never rebuilt ! 6 months in the starter went out on me. Was so hard finding ... read more
