Avoid at all costs!! – I shopped around for shutters on my home for nearly a month. The sales people for best buy blinds are extremely nice and return phone calls before you make a purchase. AFTER you make your purchase you cant get a hold of anyone other then the secretary and they NEVER return your phone calls. The boss is always on vacation or away from his desk.
