liars and scammers – Please do not buy anthing fromt this company. We moved into our house almost a year ago and still we are waiting for a door to be replace. Jeff, the manager, gives you all kind of poor excuses to not call them lies. Who can come to our rescue???? It is unbelielable with what they can around with. Be aware do not do business with them terrible customer service After doing further research, this company has a list of lawsuits a mile long with it's suppliers; it's wonder they have so many complaints!

Good Experience – Was nervous at first from the bad reviews cause i didnt look up reviews till after i laid down deposit. I saved $450 on 13 windows and 1 sliding door. And maybee they changed management or something but everything worked out great. they said 2-3 weeks and was right on time. they said 3:00 and was on time. they said installation of approx 2hrs and finished on time. And the house looks great! figured id put in a good review since all the rest were negative, cause for the price it was a homerun.

WORST SERVICE EVER! – This is one of the worst businesses that I have ever used in my life! They may have the lowest price in town (although that’s still questionable) but you will pay for it in the long run. They promise quality service and blinds to be installed in 7-10days... Bad reviews – I almost used them based on the price they were offering to me. After doing research, I realized how many people have had bad experiences with them. What is also funny to me is Troy Feltes is one of there sales people and it's the only positive review they have! LOL. They never follow through with any of there agreements. Would not recommend.

GREAT SERVICE GREAT PROPLE – I HAVE HAD THE GREATEST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I SHOPPED ALL OVER AND THEY HAD EVERYTHING I WANTED AND MORE. DECORATING COULD NOT HAVE BEEN EASIER WITH 123 SHOPPING. SHUTTERS AND GREBER ARRIVED QUICK AND LIFT WITH EASE. THEY TOLD ME DO NOIT TELL THE NEIGHBOR ABOUT THE PRICE AND I WAS GLAD I DID NOT THEY PAID TWICE THE AMOUNT. IF I WAS YOU I WOULD CALL TODAY,

inferior products – They sold me shutters for my house and told me it was poly. turns out it is a hollow shutter and looks like garbage. i would not recommend. they refuse to call me on this issue too. omg, check out ripoff report dot com, they are scammers!!!

good money after bad headaches – they are the worse company i've ever dealt with...bunch of foreigners who give you nothing but grief...i agree with the other person who said they are like nigerian scam artist....AVOID AT ALL COST

I agree – I had a similar experience. I purchased on July 10th, and it is AUg 28th and I still don't have my blinds or my money. I called the day after I put down my $1600 deposit and told them I wwanted to cancel, and I all I got was a sales pitch. After a couple more sales calls and numerous conversations, I am still not sold, and I want my money back. I fear that I could be heading to small claims court as well.
