This store is a disaster. We ordered an appliance in early September that was scheduled for delivery on 10/23. It never showed up and even though my husband or I have called the store and Best Buy corporate offices daily our oven has yet to even be rescheduled for delivery. Additionally, employees from this store and the corporate offices have promised return phone calls EVERY DAY that I have called and not one person has called us back. EVER. Buyer beware. Spend your money elsewhere.
poor customer service and no one cares
Shout out to bestbuy and geeksquad for having the worst customer support ever! My Tv has been broken since Christmas and I have had made over 7 appointments to have it fixed in which 4 of them no one ever showed up! I spent almost $150 on getting a warrant for it...buy from amazon
Dear whom it may concern, I hope this msg finds the right person well. I have visited Best Buy @ buckhead, Atlanta, GA (2537 Piedmont Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30324 ) to purchase some gift cards. The representative and her manager told me that I can purchase only 3 gift cards for each kind per cooperation policy which I couldn’t find any in gift card terms and conditions. I just want to get some information regarding this to clarify when I purchase gift cards in store. Please advise, thanks!
I will never shop at Best Buy again. We purchased a Sony television about two years ago from the store at Lindbergh Plaza in Atlanta. We decided to also purchase the two year protection plan that they offered through Geek Squad. Recently the TV started having a few minor issues. For example, when we turned it off it would completely restart, so we would have to wait the minute or so for it to reboot and then turn it off again.
