I recently purchased a laptop there. When I checked out, the clerk said my card was declined. I asked him to run it again. When he ran it again, he said it declined again. I paid with another card and left baffled. When I got home, I discovered that they had charged me *three times* for the same purchase. Best Buy customer service says it's a store issue, but when you call the store, no one answers.
The Refrigerator is going out AGAIN bought in 2016 Has been repaired 3 times, the whole digital panel was replaced 2 years ago and tonight the freezer is 0 f and refrigerator i think is 56f because you cant tell what the numbers are and Geek Squad said out of warranty last January I never got notified it was running out because i definitely would have renewed because of the problems DO NOT BUY A FRIGIDAIRE GALLERY FROM BEST BUY!!!!!!!!
Better customer policies when an issue arises. On the 12th, I was offered a refund due to a bad address, treid to get UPS to send it to the correct address, but they could not. When I called today (14th) to advise I could not get it rerouted, Best Buy advised the would no longer offer a refund. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE/POLICY!!!
Freaking horrible customer service. Bought a new laptop but it was a display model (was supposed to be new but out of box,) got all the way home from Buckhead (closest place with the computer I needed) and it's locked by them in display only mode. They make me sit on hold for over an hour and then transfer me to Geek Squad to be told that I have to bring it back to them and that's the only way. I live over an hour and half away and this is BS!!!!! Will never do service with them again.

Over the years several times and never acknowledged. This time was for appliances, refrigerator stove washer dryer and. It one person asked to assist. Will buy elsewhere as I did the last time
RecommendedAdam in the Car Installations dept is a great representative of customer service. I recommend Best Buy Buckhead to anyone.
Customer Service was horrible! Could not get anyone to assist. Spoke to GM and she was not too concerned! Last time here!
