I went in yesterday trying to open a mobile account through the best buy mobile department. The customer service was beyond what anyone could ask for with the situations I ended up being in and they were nothing but helpful. I had to go back today and they helped me finish what I had started yesterday. Best customer service I have ever received!
This place has no sense of what customer service is. And if you do happen to get someone to assist you, the product is never in stock. They allow you to pay in advance and order the product through them to be delivered for pick up at the store. I waited a week for my product only to receive a text stating my order had been cancelled.
I went into best buy for big appliances, found the ones I wanted and was all set to pay and set up delivery. I was shocked that there was NO assistance in time frames. I said ok I would have to go buy them somewhere else, and the girl working just said ok and closed out the sale.
Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable customer services. I picked up my wife a new Samsung s7 edge phone in the color blue. I couldn't find that anywhere else for a few dollars a month :)!
I went in to upgrade my phone in June and the little girls helping me spent more time face timing and texting than actually paying attention. The phone I got was messed up so I returned it and kept my phone I had and just found out today that they charged me my phone. So I've been making monthly payments on a phone that I own outright. I contacted the corporate office and they won't do anything except send me a $50 gift card.
