I ordered a TV with a delivery of 22 December between 8:00 AM - 12:00. Its now 1:40 PM and I still don't when or if they are coming. I called the Killen store to get an update on the status, but I was told they are running late. I haven't received any calls to inform me they are running late. I called the Killeen store and the person I spoke with disrespectful. Her comments were "Sir I am not on the truck so I don't know how late they will be". Unacceptable customer service
Service was great. People helpful and quick. Enjoyed my first Black Friday. Lots of great deals.
I like the warranties, but that's pretty much it. Don't care for the new layout, the reward points expire, and congratulations since you don't open till 10am I'm going to Office Depot. Hours suck! Hire more people if you can't keep up!
I found what I was looking for and my representative took care of me.
Twenty minutes of waiting while they chitchatted and played on phones. Couldn't just ask me what I needed. Would have taken less than two minutes.
My fiance bought a camera and camera equipment the employees were so awesome
Service was great! I went in with a gift card that I didn't know what the balance was on it. Cashier waved me right over and looked it up for me fast. Got a box of coffees and a drawer for them for my Kurig for 8 bucks out of my pocket.
Ordered online so I could just go pick up the product. It said it was available and ready in an hour. Went to the store to find out what's up and it still hasn't been filled. It's day 2.... I'll never order online again. I went in the store the product is sitting right there.
Great customer service and help on how to use my new phone.
