Some of the staff act like kids that have not graduated yet. At the front desk by the phone section of the plat form in best buy.
If I could give zero stars I would! On October 25 I had an appointment at the geek squad and they told me that if I bought a $25 Zagg screen protector it was guaranteed for life and if it broke I could just bring it in and they would replace it for free instead of having to mail it in and wait for a replacement. I took them at their word. I came to the store today with a cracked screen and two supervisors told me they don’t do that anymore. It was 3 months after I bought it! I got a Washer from your store with the warranty . It broke down called to get it fixed. All I have gotten is the run around, can not get it fixed or and one in your company gives a dam. I will never buy a thing from you again.

Congratulations Best Buy for being the worst company in Killeen!!!! Buyer Beware!!! Don't purchase their insurance, they send out defective replacements and will not stand behind them! 2 less customers here.
