Congratulations Best Buy for being the worst company in Killeen!!!! Buyer Beware!!! Don't purchase their insurance, they send out defective replacements and will not stand behind them! 2 less customers here.

I ordered a TV with a delivery of 22 December between 8:00 AM - 12:00. Its now 1:40 PM and I still don't when or if they are coming. I called the Killen store to get an update on the status, but I was told they are running late. I haven't received any calls to inform me they are running late. I called the Killeen store and the person I spoke with disrespectful. Her comments were "Sir I am not on the truck so I don't know how late they will be". Unacceptable customer service
