If I could give zero stars I would! On October 25 I had an appointment at the geek squad and they told me that if I bought a $25 Zagg screen protector it was guaranteed for life and if it broke I could just bring it in and they would replace it for free instead of having to mail it in and wait for a replacement. I took them at their word. I came to the store today with a cracked screen and two supervisors told me they don’t do that anymore. It was 3 months after I bought it! Congratulations Best Buy for being the worst company in Killeen!!!! Buyer Beware!!! Don't purchase their insurance, they send out defective replacements and will not stand behind them! 2 less customers here.
