Compramos una computadora que no tenían en existencia, tuvimos que mandarla pedir en línea y llegaba en 1 semana y media, hoy supuestamente llegó y luego nos enviaron un correo en que nos se disculpaban porque la orden tuvo un error y si no se arreglaba ese error dentro de un MES (hasta el 16 de agosto) la orden se iba a cancelar. Haz me el favor un mes más de espera. Sinceramente que pésimo servicio ni una estrella se merecen.

I have a serious problem, I bought two products two weeks ago and was very specific when speaking to a BestBuy representative that I would pick my purchase up on the 22nd of December. I just got an email that one of my two products was canceled because I did not pick it up. I am extremely dissatisfied with this service and I'm not expecting the money back, I want my two products which I ordered and paid for. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
