Worst customer Service, manager can’t even get his story straight when confronted with a problem. Talk about beating around the bush, these people at Best Buy can’t even figure out if they have a certain item or not. Don’t be selling something you don’t have. Ordered 30 days out so we wouldn’t run into this problem. The day before delivery we get a call from some guy that had no idea what he was talking about. “Sir we don’t have the washer you ordered 30 days ago” and won’t have it, til 3 weeks from now.
