Left on hold indefinitely. A representative told me they DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONES. Will sell you items and repairs you don't need if you are not knowledgable enough. You are just a moneybag to them.
They got components, widgets, gadgets, contraptions and electronic paraphernalia at this joint. I’m chomping on a piece of red licorice that I found in the men’s room. After I dried it off of course!

I can’t stand this Best Buy location. The parking lot is awful! You can’t get out of it once you get in! The Best Buy in Charleston west of the Ashley on Sam Rittenberg Blvd is SO MUCH BETTER!
