We've always had great customer service with best buy and yesterday was no exception. Went in to look at cell phones and Ken went above and beyond to help us with mine and my husbands new phones. From sizing down my sim card to fit the new phone to taking the time to get all of the info and contact transferred over. Very pleased!
I could not order online. Had to go to the store (37 miles) to purchase in order to get free delivery. Called in later to add to order, they won't take credit cards over the phone. The phone # on the receipt isn't even the store. Its a call center. VERY unhappy with their business practice.
The return policy is total crap! I will definitely be doing all of my electronic shopping on Amazon or at Sam's Club from this moment forward. The representative handling my return was completely rude! She even went as far as putting the receipt in face to demonstrate your 15 day return policy. I will no longer be shopping at your stores.
Visiting from out of town. I needed a charger for my camera. Walked in the door. No one said a word. When someone attempted to help, he was multitasking and trying to assist me. I was better off taking care of it myself. I spoke to the manager about the rudeness of the guy helping, and he just brushed it off. He was rude too! Southern hospitality? Not here. Order from Amazon if you have the time! Grrrr!!!!
