As a former Best Buy employee, I’ve always tried to shop at BB when I can. Convenience and knowledge have always exceeded expectations. My boyfriend went there yesterday and got treated so shamefully he will never go back. He went there to buy some audio equipment, when he arrived he went inside the store and was making his way to what he planned on buying and a staff member screamed at him to "Get out of the store". People of Bay County. Stop shopping for appliances anywhere else! Best Buy is hands down the best place to make large appliance purchases. Prices were great (they will match certain competitors), ordering was quick and easy, warranty was affordable, and THEY SET UP DELIVERY AT THE TIME OF ORDER AND STOOK TO IT!! This store. Every single employee is so friendly, greets with a smile, and is so personable. I live in Panama City and receive the best service every time. All these reviews are one-sided. I have bought something from every single department and have received the best service. Thank you Best Buy Panama City! Also, the mobile department is literally the best in the area. FOR BEST BUY CUSTOMER FRIENDS... Been on the customer support with bestbuy.com for 40 minutes. Have 2 gaming headphones which were bought in store and with protections plant. ONLINE will not honor or replace since they were bought in store, which we all know is closed thanks to Hurricane Michael, Rather, they suggest driving to Ft. Walton or Tallahassee store to get replacement. BACK TO AMAZON!
My wife and I bought a washer and dryer last Saturday at Best Buy Panama City and were impressed with the customer service provided by Alicia. She spent a lot of time with us to make sure we got the model and color that my wife wanted.
