Bought a tv and was told it was in stock and that someone would be in contact within 24 to 48 hours for delivery. Yeah right. Called and was told it had to be ordered. when they were told that they told us it was in stock they said someone must have came in and wanted a tv right then so we would have to wait. Been a week still waiting so making a trip to PC this weekend and get our money back and buy a tv from anybody but Best Buy. YOU SUCK PC BEST BUY
Had my car taken in to have new radio installed by their auto tech bay and experienced nothing but excellence! They let me bring in my own installation kit (which was much cheaper than the ones they have available for purchase) and were timely in their installation. The new radio looks and sounds amazing!

Worst customer service. In the store over 20 minutes looking at printers and no one asked if I needed any help.
Can not get ahold of anyone on their phone number!!! Tried panama and tallahassee numbers all day!!! I need assistance with a sales associate!
