Pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service and lack of "pushiness" of the employees and reps, especially in the cellular service section. We went in to look at cell phones as my wife's phone had recently broke the screen, we were not hounded by sales reps, we were left alone to peruse the available devices. And when we had decided on a selection, we simply asked one of the reps to get us the phone we had decided to purchase, they got the device out of the case, and rang us up, not issues or hassling us to purch... read more
Today you suck!! I dropped my Iphone. I came in frantic. The 'kid" working at the phones tells me to call apple care. I showed him my phone the screen is busted and I can't touch anything nor dial any numbers. He said well thats what you need to do. they have the geek squad (aka the best electronic helpers ever) if i buy something that is electronic i go here and i highly recommend coming here as well. :)
So today I went to buy my mom a iPad. one sales talking to the one lady. So I waited and he saw me I can't believe that he just ignores me . Maybe it because I'm look a kid.I walked up to customer service ask for someone to help me. And Finally have someone help me. I only took 1 minutes to decided.
My 5 year old laptop wouldn't turn on so we took it to the Geek Squad for help. The Tech did some diagnostics to it and determined that the battery was toast. He got it to power up! And didn't even charge us for the diagnosis. Hats off to the Tech Guy!
I just had to take my newly purchased dell laptop back and the service to me and others today was very nice.
