This best buy always has the worst service. Everytime we go in there, someone is either rude, doesn't care, or just has no idea what is happening. If you can get the product somewhere else, like Target, please do. Don't waste your time, you'll just get frustrated.
Best Buy wont honor warranty as promised by sales staff – I bought a $500 camera, battery, memory cards and an extended warranty from the Best Buy in Tallahassee in January, 2009. I bought it from Best Buy because of their warranty and the fact that the sales person told us that if we bought it from them and started having issues with it that the store would swap it out.
