Didn’t know you guys closed the entrance at 830pm when your clearly open till 9pm. Get a new manager. Maybe one that likes business and not in a rush to go home.
This stores customer service sucks or I should say lack of customer service!! Shitload of employees but all are to busy talking to each other. Was looking for an item in TV area not once did anyone ask if I need help!
Sales folks are plentiful, aggressive, and don’t communicate with one another at all about who is serving which customers. This is why you’ll be able to stand in one place considering a product for 10 minutes and have 8 different people approach you. If there was some value add here, (maybe with a piece of helpful information, or intelligent inquiry) it might be nice - but it seems Best Buy has directed every employee to invasively approach every customer on the floor.
