RecommendedThey have built-in appliances here unlike the Curtner store. It's next to Walmart Superstore & close to Costco, Bed Bath & Beyond, Oakridge mall, grocery stores & banks ;)
I had great help from CJ and Brian purchasing a new TV. It’s been 10 years since I bought a tv and they explained sound bars as well as the wall mounting! Happy customer

I had a really nice experience at Best Buy today. The sales rep, whose name was Jordan, was very kind and helped me do one last comparison of the iPhone 11 pro and the Galaxy notes 10 plus. We spent time again looking at pricing and options and at the end of the day I chose the Galaxy for a number of reasons. Anyway, Jordan was so helpful and made sure that everything transferred from my pixel to my Galaxy without flaw.
Received by far the worst customer service from a geek squad assistant manager today at the Blossom Hill California store. As an elite plus member I expect customer service and solution oriented people. I received neither but a smug pompous jerk who is willing to argue with a customer over a $30 Apple Watch band when bestbuy sister company Platinum is giving out bad information which they heard themselves over speaker phone. I’ll never shop at the store or any other Best Buy again. Amazon gets all of my business now
I walked into the store and I was met with friendly employees that work in different areas of the store. They help me and assist me finding what I needed. I normally don’t have a problem with Best Buy in general. Great place to be. About a few things along with picking up a pre-order of Godzilla steel book ultra 4K DVD.
Their return policy is awful! They sold us a malfunctioning cooktop, which they knew, that it was defective, and now they refuse to take responsibility and replace it. Worst customer service I have ever seen!
