Not good service
They sold me a phone plan that did not exist and now won’t do anything to fix it!! I was sold a bogo deal on a iphone8 and a galaxy note 8 and it was supposed to be 2 phones by the same manufacturer but I was not told that. I asked multiple times if I could get 2 different phones and was told yes. Amber lied!! Now I’m stuck with the bill and all they offered to do was give me a phone case?! This location is where I purchase all of my technology. I have only had one major issue here with a lap top but it was promptly corrected by one of the managers, Stacey. He is a great manager that truly cares about keeping his customers taken care of. Highly recommend this Best Buy location!
