My husband and I purchased a TV and several mounts from this store on January 29, 2020 we also added the mounting of 3 TVs. I went in Wednesday of this week to surprise my husband and add another TV to be mounted to our order for his birthday. I was told by the gentleman that I would have to talk to the team that would be at my house today and have them add one. Best one in town for help. All there help is on the floor to assist to customer
bought a remote start for my truck. Came here because the Tech that installs remote starts is one of the better ones in the state. The problem is he isnt the one on the floor selling them. 2 guys showed me to them. i told them I want remote start only and they said they have 2 ones that will work. one was $200 and one was $300. The Moore Best Buy needs customer service training for their management. The assistant manager I dealt with was arrogant and rude. I'll happily shop and support their competition, especially after my most recent experience.
