Steve, Paul, and Rick are the only people at this store that were incredibly nice and helpful so ask for them. Otherwise, you will get put down and laughed at if you don’t have enough money for the highest end products and be treated incredibly poorly. I left in tears today because of what happened, but thank GOD for the 3 decent guys I encountered today. Other than that, AWFUL customer service.
Randy and Alex in the Downingtown store are top notch. Purchase was smooth, even on pre-black Friday. They were knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and efficient.
Spent close to 2 hrs in the store trying to upgrade my phone only to walk away empty handed. Some system error or issue with the phone itself. As someone who is constantly at work, spending my little free time dealing with this only to walk away with nothing is extremely annoying. I could deal if I at least got the upgrade I came for but nope. �

Waited 20 minutes this morning to buy a gift card. their system was down and could not get it. Manager said i can call you when it's working.
