What does it take for you to pick up the phone???
Customer service at Downingtown PA Best Buy is the worst. So, we take both of our iPhones to get the battery changed out due to Apple battery issues. We take it Best Buy for replacement. My wife’s iPhone worked perfectly until we had the Geek Squad replace the battery and they broke the phone. The technician tried to blame us for replacing the screen and that’s why the selfie camera doesn’t work, we just took pictures with the selfie camera two days before that. I am really pissed. Thursday my refrigerator/freezer died. Friday morning at 10.00 a.m. we went to best Buy's and bought a new one $2133.00. Guaranteed delivery today. So at 5.30 p.m. wr called to see where it was and was told it would not be delivered today and they did not have it on the list to deliver at all. So I called the store and then was transferred to 2 other people to talk to.. No one knows anything about delivering this fridge. no electric scooter for disabled people. A half broken wheel chair was available. You do know that disabled people shop too?
they could pick up their phone and also notify people when their geek squad services do not have internet. how are you doing IT but cant fix a router?
This is the worst Best Buy location I have ever worked with. Buyer Beware!!! The store manager is the worst, just go to another location or Amazon!!!!

I purchased a monitor and 4 year protection plan and was told it covered accidents and a bunch of other stuff. My monitor fell and broke 3 months later, I tried to use the protection plan and was given 3 different reasons why I couldn't cash in on my protection plan. After calling the 800 number several times and being told to return to the store they would honor the plan...I was told monitors aren't covered.
