RecommendedJust got our PC repaired. It had a virus. Please let John know how much we appreciated his service, he was professional but made us feel that fixing our PC was his priority!! Kudos John, when it’s time for us to get a new computer we will be in to see you.
Total nightmare and will never buy appliances from them again. Bought a refrigerator, washer and dryer their delivery company scratched our brand new floors and left our house a mess. Filed a claim and after 4 months they said their was no proof they of damage and end up settling just to end the nightmare. We told them to come pick up their appliance and went elsewhere. Service was okay in store at first but when dealing with the damage floors they put the blame on “third party”.
I bought a Michael Kors watch today. One of the employees opened up the box to help me set it up and told me I needed to charge it first. I went home only to realize the charger was not in the box. I called and spoke to the manager, who talked to me like I was dumb, saying that it doesn't come with one and I would need to buy it separately. That is not the case. Worst customer service ever
We bought a new washer, bc we blew the bearings on our unlevel, 9 year old LG washer that we'd purchased from Best Buy. The delivery team didn't install the new stainless steel hoses that we were required to purchase, didn't level the machine. They actually handed the tool to DH and told him, "You level it with this," when he asked if it was level. DH had to ask the guy for the new hoses we'd purchased. He handed him the box. Liberty Tax Coatesville stopped by your store to inquire about a CASD student we are awarding with a laptop to further their education. I happened to run in to most amazing, friendly, and smart salesman. I do not remember his name but an older gentlemen and will find his card. I ended up getting donations from the Coatesville Community to purchase 3 laptops and I am coming down to purchase the first one only from him. Thank you Best Buy Downingtown - we are purchasing him the one that he can grow with.
