It would be nice if some of your associates could stop talking to each other long enough to help the occasional customer (who is standing right in front of them looking for assistance but they aren't even acknowledging me and I'm 5'11 and 190 lbs). Sorry to be a bother and all. Back to Amazon.
I bought a Samsung UN60F8000BF at Best Buy about 2 years ago. I had this misfortune to have my LED TV stop working. I have not received any direction from either #Samsung nor #BestBuy on how to remedy the problem. The only only remedy that was given to me was to purchase a new tv. I can not believe the lack of #customerservice and #loyalty to consumers these days... #epicfail #disgruntalclient
