I came to this store to make a refund. The girl at the register processed my refund incorrectly. I don’t have my money back. I’ve gone to the store three times already and each time they keep pointing fingers at someone else. I’m tired of this game and just want my money back.

The store is fine. Fix your phone system. There is literal no customer service options via phone.

I placed an online order around 9:20pm. I wanted to pick it up in store. The website said it would be ready within 1 hr. I even called the store....never got an answer and I stayed on the phone 20 mins or so each time I called. If you're open until 12am, why was no one available to answer my call and why didn't I get the "ready for pick up" email within 1 hr? Unhappy to say the least. Terrible customer service.
