The staff is inattentive and rude. Racial profiling occurs at this store. I’ll still shop at Best Buy, but not at this store. Online app has improved and is now great.
Best Buy keeps all of there stories clean and organized. Sometimes it's hard to find someone at the register but it's usually fixed pretty quick.....
Really despondent. One of the worst customer service I experienced at the Best Buy 14 Street Union square store. I went there to buy my painter ink and apple headphone I wait there for 35 minuets to check out smh. If you don’t have enough employees don’t open your store. No one there to help the customer. multimillion dollar company you gotta have better customer service.
