RecommendedI just left the Martinsburg WV best buy and I couldn't have had a better experience if they'd assigned me a personal sales person for the whole visit. I first was looking for a particular ps4 game, didn't see it. The person that saw me looking, asked if he could help and proceeded to go find the game in the back for me without even being asked. The next person helped me find my screen protector, the next put it on and gave me quite a bit of info on how to get it replaced if I have the need. Several other's gave great service... read more
I had a question about photoshop and why I could not put it on my new Lenovo and Dillon explained it all to me so I could understand the whole thing. very polite and knowledgable.
Went in because I had a broken cell phone I needed the old chips taken out of, turned out Verizon never sent me the key to open it, so MIKE at this location helped me out. He could not have been more polite or patient (I'm not techie at all, so I tend to explain things in a "the thingie that goes in the slot above the little black square there."), and he even offered to put the old chips into the new phone for me, so I could have my photos/contacts/etc. back right away!!! Refused to assist when they messed up. Sold me a brand new tv. Turns out wrong model in the box with no accessories. And the refused to take it back.
Yesterday I received help from both Thomas & Jim in the Geek Squad department of Best Buy in Martinsburg, Wv. They were both incredibly helpful and understanding that I had mistakenly tried to download Microsoft Word from an illegitimate website and messed up my computer. Which was wiped clean and returned the next day w/ Microsoft installed!! Geek Squad is 100% worth the money and is fully of devoted professionals!

DO NOT PURCHASE APPLIANCES FROM THIS STORE! They do not know how logistics work, they do not know how to communicate, and their favorite saying is "I don't know." Unbelievable how horrendous the customer service is. Unbelievable that Best Buy, an electronics store, doesn't have a ringing phone in their store to reach a human being.
