they refused my mother service or anyone to help her due to her inability to wear a mask due to medical conditions...no more best buy for me or her..we r done as are a hell of a lot of other ppl

Just purchased a 65” LG Nano Smart HD TV and TV stand....the salesman “ Billy” was awesome...very knowledgeable...the transaction was very smooth....then the Geek Squad “ Andy and Aaron” set up, installation, very neat in the job...I’m very happy !! Thank you all so very much ..💁🏻♀️📺☺️
Where do I begin? I brought my new phone there to get service (my boyfriend was told there would be no issue getting it switched over to my old #) I took it in only to have the employee DROP my phone on the floor! He was so ignorant he did not even apologize!! Then I was told he could not switch my phone over. Fast forward a few weeks and my 17-year-old daughter gets a charge for 52.99 on her bank account! Bought a tv it was damaged twice and they won’t give us a return or exchange worst customer service I have had at a Best Buy .
ordered a tv, paid for it and the delivery has been delayed at least 3 times since it was supposed to be here 11/30; but they have the exact same tv, in stock, in store for $20 more and won't let me just price match, take the one home from the store and they can keep my order for their in store stock-now they are saying mine could be here sometime in january--piss poor business practises
If you ordered something special that had to be shipped to this store. don't count on getting it for Christmas and don't plan on getting a refund until after ChristmS. Best Buy has lost my business.. I was on the phone for 3 hours and all I got was a run-around
