Always had great customer service in this location.
Worst customer service ever. After 2 weeks of waiting for my refund, I still haven't received it. All I have received is the run around. This is not a small refund either. Never again.
Almost no one in the store. Walked by 3 employees playing with their phones and 3 more just standing around. No one offered to help me or acknowledged me. Found a tv on my own, loaded a huge box alone. Cashier was very nice and friendly. Paid for it and loaded it myself. Thanks a lot!
Had a little mix up with TV stands, customer service fixed us right up! Super easy process.

This hole recall situation has me annoyed I paid all this money buying a washer and dryer (they were a set)and now im gonna end up with miss matched washer and dryer because I can't return my dryer . Never will I purchase anything from there agin !
