trying to verify extended warranty on my sons SWITCH .... i been on hold for 32minutes with no one even answering yet !
Worst service ever! I guess they didn’t want to make a sale
Just bought a brand new computer and less than 30 days the power cord went bad. I asked if I could borrow a power cord for 24 hours till the new one arrived (5 days later). I needed to get my home work and two assistant store managers said no. Circuit City had better customer service and fell. Your next Best Buy! I’m done forever with this company.
Geek squad will up sell you on services, take your products then return them un-repaired. Will not take them back unless you make an appointment. If your repair business is doing so well why don’t you hire a clerk to check in equipment. Better yet monitor the actions of your geeks, the one that turned us away stood at the register/terminal staring into space long enough to take our equipment twice. There was nobody else inline or waiting for service.
