ABSOLUTELY SO NOT USE THIS STORE!!! I SPOKE TO AN ASSOCIATE AND SAID HE WOULD PUT ONE ASIDE.... O EXPLAINED I WOULD BE DRIVINF 2 HOURS TO PICK IT UP..... DROVE THE 2 HOURS AND GET THERE AND WAS TOLD THE ITEM THEY SET ASIDE WAS SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE. HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!!! SPEND YOUR MONEY AT AN HONEST PLACE. WE ENDED UP DRIVING ANOTH3R 45 MIN TO TARGET AND THEY WERE MORE APPOLGETIC THEN BEST BUY... THEN WE HAD ANOTHER 2 HOUR DRIVE HOME! DONT SHOP THEIR!!!!!
Best Buy has the worst third party installers. They installed one of two tv brackets I bought for my tv’s. The reason they didn’t install the second one was because they did not have a step latter. They were supposed to come back and never did. They closed my ticket. Never again will I spend money with them. Does anyone know how to file a corporate complaint because they would not provide that information.

Poor customer service. I bought the wrong size watch shield and they wouldn’t exchange it for the proper size. They didn’t return my property to me and actually opened up the box.
Called this Best Buy about a refrigerator and was told it was local and could be delivered Monday the 15th. Purchased and Monday came and went without so much as a call. But I did get a texted saying it would be delivered between 7-1. Called Tuesday looking for the refrigerator. They had no idea where it was, but could deliver it Saturday. No, I have it scheduled for professional install in an RV on Thursday. They told me they could deliver it next Thursday. No! Still waiting on a supervisor to call and tell me where it is. ... read more
On May 18,2019 I walked into the store to spend money. Just as I walked in there security rolled down right on top of my head. I was fine right then in there but later that day had to go to Texas med clinic because my head was hurting really bad. Now to find out Best Buy will not pay my medical bill. This company is a joke, will never spend a dime to this company or say good things about you. Worst customer service, company is a joke about people being injured in there store.
NEVER buy from these thieves!!! Go Amazon! Better return policy!
We purchased a phone on March 10th with false information that will result in a loss of$450. We have tried numerous ways and spoken with several managers who all point to it being Corporates problem to fix. We have yet to receive a response other than it was sent to corporate. Each manager has agreed it was an error on their end to no avail. Initially it was blamed on Sprint until they confirmed it was Best Buys error. This was false advertisement and they can not be trusted.
