According to Jason and Brian, Best Buy has implemented a new “policy” as of three weeks ago stating that activations cannot be completed after 7:00 PM on weekends. Brian, who did not have a name tag on, claimed to be a manager. This explanation appeared inconsistent and seemed to be used to avoid assisting us. Despite this claim, we were ultimately assisted at 7:10 PM, which directly contradicts the alleged policy. The store also remained open until 9:00 PM, and we had been waiting since 6:55 PM. bruh the cashier rebecca was so slow and she smelt kinda weird idk why??? she needs to speed up her check out process. and maybe shower??? i was in a bit of a rush to get out of the store since it was snowing. train ur employees better best buy
