The worse customer service ever!!!!!! I will never purchase from here again. I bought a 65inch TV 2.5 years ago and nothing but problems, they have had to come fix it 4 times and each time it has been such a hassle ( this is with the purchased warranty). Everyone at the store is seriously so rude on the phone, I've been hung up on when I call the 1800 number, its been a terrible experience and they have lost my business and that of my family- off to frys electonics I go!!
Looking for computer and Mason was very helpful and knowledgeable. He spent time helping me and I appreciate it. Great worker.
Went in to purchase a Samsung S3 gear Frontier. Was not greeted when I entered the store. Stood in front of the product I wanted to order for 20 minutes and watched four people go by without even acknowledging me. I walked around the store from there 10 minutes trying find another part I needed. I asked two different blue shirted Associates who didn't know where this part I needed was and walked away. Will probably purchase from Amazon or techrabbit.
We walked in with 2 laptops to recycle and purchase a new one. I believe his name was Kevin,he was the manager of the computer area. Told him I had previously been to another best buy and was pointed in the direction of the Lenovo ideapad 110. He agreed it was the perfect one for me. There was only one left. He pulled it and set aside. We went to customer service to turn in laptops. Got a gift card for one. Went back to area and purchased new laptop. Had a great experience. Will be back for any other electronic devices.

I am a cancer patient. On 12/20/2016, i visited the Best Buy location - 2440 W Happy Valley Rd, Phoenix, AZ. I attempted to price match a Samsung 50 in. TV (model UN50KU6300). I spoke to the manager in the Television dept, and he would not honor the $20 price match over a technicality. I informed the manager that i was having cancer surgery on 12/21/2016 ... and would use the TV during my 6 week recovery.
