Worked with the geek squad at this location. The guy replaced my iPhone for over $100 with yet another faulty phone. When I take the phone back (within the 14 day return policy on the receipt) he tells me the issue was something I did and they would not be replacing my phone and I needed to go to another store. What an absolute scam. You buy appliances (washing machine) it breaks down in less than three years. They talk you into the extended warranty. OH guess what now they can’t come and fix for over a week. Unacceptable. I can’t be without a washing machine over a week. This is an absolute SCAM!!! You should be ashamed.
Great customer service, product selection and at reasonable prices
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Teach your customer service personnel that answer the phones to not dump people into random queues with 30 minute wait times after stating that they are going to research the issue and will be right back. Mary Ann did this within the last hour and when I called the store back guess who answered!?! Come on now! Do better!
Hi Best Buy. I’m currently at your happy valley location. I’ve been standing in the same spot for 10 minutes and not one single person has offered to help. I see three associates chitchatting but not one can be bothered to come over.
Since posting this awesome review last year when dealing with Cody, our TV died. We went back and found out that Cody no longer works there and has been replaced by an assistant manager named Kevin. Kevin told us that there is nothing they can do and when we showed him the money that we spent here last year and the good review that we put up, he didn't seem to care. July 26 2018 bought a tv from Best Buy happy valley,September 16 2018 tv stopped turning on, Happy valley location flat out told me they won’t return, exchange or even look it, Best Buy is a rip-off and I would NOT recommend buying anything from them with there strict 15 day return policy and rude customer service.
Horrible level of customer service. Bought a device and shortly after purchase noticed a discoloration in the screen. Geek squad looked at device and said it was "normal". Find out after after talking to the manufacturer it was a defect out of the box. Store manager has refused to replace device even though they told me a defective product was normal. Would not purchase another high value electronic item there.
