Bought a washing machine at Best Buy and they screwed up the installation and it leaked all over my basement floor. They sent the same delivery company out to fix it and you know how they "fixed" it? With duct tape. No lie. He said I would be all set and turned the washer on and drained it and guess what? It leaked again. I went here with my sister looking for a phone and asked for help, an employee leaning on a table staring into space pointed in the direction they were in. Nice work on the customer service.
Wow - way to screw your staff Best Buy. Check out lines are at Service Desk and there is barely anyone on the floor to help. Waited 20 minutes behind other customers to hear you are sold out and can't get an item that you advertised on a flash sale email. Very grumpy right now!
Customer service sucks. Went three times to purchase something and each time was totally ignored. Associates were either standing around talking to each other or just totally left the department. Never bothered to ask if I needed help with anything, which I did. I asked one kid a question and he just said "yeah" and hurried off somewhere else. So I left and will never go back.
