RecommendedWe went into the Milford location to switch from Sprint back to Verizon. Brian helped us for over 2 hours as we had 3 lines to transfer and get new phones! He was incredibly polite and knowledgeable and made the whole experience wonderful from start to finish! Even stayed 30 min past closing to finish everything! Super appreciate all his help!
I just had an issue with a tv purchase. It was an open box sale item. i picked up at the Millbury store. When I got it home, the power cord was missing and no message on the box that said it was. I called Millbury. They said they had one in stock but I stated I didn't want to go back to Millbury. He checked Milford inventory and stated they have it and I should call Milford. Called the Milford store desperate for help today. Got the most sarcastic, rude fellow at the Geek Squad. Didn't care, didn't want to help, didn't try to help. No problem. Small reminder to the employees and Geek Squad there...No customers, no paychecks. The staff at the store would serve Corporate well if this foreign concept could become their reality. By having honest staff members. My mother went there a month ago with a list I gave to her with the things I needed. Since she doesn't understand much about technology, she asked a staff member. The woman came and said "we dont have that but this is the same, only difference is the brand" and so she did with more products. I even talked with the woman saying exactly what I needed and what I needed them for. I bought a super nice wireless headset :) the service is amazinggggg. Two awesome guys helped me out choosing the best headset :D Also bought an Micro SD for my phone and he installed it for free :D I love this store. Hope I can work there myself one day :)
A man helped myself & my very excited son yesterday brave the storm & find the perfect TV, wall mount, & everything else we needed! He was absolutely wonderful, very knowledgeable, & not pushy at all! Will definitely shop here again!
