Car audio installation guy knew his sht. Saved me some moolah with a slight change in decks.
After two months, four visits, and two scheduled appointments later, I arrived to have my son's birthday present installed only to find out, they didn't have the needed face plate to install. They suggested I schedule a third visit to come back to complete installation but could not provide me with a date because they don't know when they will have the needed equipment. I came in to drop off my computer to get it fixed, and they said sorry, they do appointment now and couldn't write down the problem with mine and take it out back, even tho there was no customers there! Said I would have to wait 5 hours for the next appointment! I was just dropping it off! Never again!
This is the second time I've come in and waited for an hour trying to get help the only one person that came over was someone who didn't work in that department it's bullshit especially since I come in when they open not when they busy
I have not visited this store and don't have plans to. However, on yesterday someone made a $525.27 fraudulent charge at this store to my debit card which is still pending. I called the store and I was transferred to a couple of different countries ending up in Mexico City, Mexico. Apparently, it's easter make a fraudulent charge than to speak to someone with knowledge to suspend the charge. I would like to know how do you allow this to happen at your location
