worst service ever. I'm told to go the auto electronics someone will be there shortly, it has been like 35 min and nothing.
Showed up for an appointment set up by them. Appointment was at noon. Got out of the car to go inside. Was told to go back into my car and wait for them to call us for the appointment(meaning the appointment was going to be on the phone). Told the person working that we came in like it said to and that our appointment was for a cell phone not getting reception. RecommendedI went to the Waterville Walmart today to pick up a new game console and HDTV antenna. the Display case was empty and an associate walks by me as if I was invisible. I didn't think much of it but then I went to the counter and there were I think 4 other associates standing around chatting with each other and not a single one even noticed that I was there. So I left and went to the Augusta Walmart because I really wanted a new game console. I got the same treatment there but hey, at least they had something in the display cas... read more
Helpful!! And that is hard to find today.
Well after reading all of the negative comments about this store a customer service, I felt it appropriate to share something positive. Went in to get a new phone was a very positive experience. Melissa in the phone department was AWESOME great customer service, I would recommend going in to visit her if you intend on purchasing a phone anytime soon.
So impressed with attention from both the associates and especially the Geek Squad.
